Craving something vintage-informed, yet eminently fresh? Boston soul/funk/hip-hop group Cosmodrome‘s first Booth feature should be just what the doctor ordered. On Miss Me in the Mornin’, guitarist Finnegan Bryan Singer, bassist Charley Ruddell and percussionist Taylor Robinson cook up a smoky instrumental backdrop for frontwoman Madison McFerrin‘s soulfully purred vocals. Released digitally in March, Cosmodrome’s self-titled EP is available now for digital purchase via Bandcamp. Watch for the project’s physical version to hit store shelves this June.
